About

Built by an operator, not an analyst.

Bridgewater Logistics Company LLC was founded on a straightforward observation. The people who understand how freight goes missing are the people who have spent years moving it.

Founder and Principal Consultant

Heesham spent his career in wholesale distribution, working supply relationships that fed more than $100 million in downstream retail sales. The work was operational rather than theoretical. Sourcing product, qualifying suppliers, managing brokers and warehouses, and answering for what arrived and what did not.

During that period he identified inventory that had been compromised before it reached legitimate distribution, and traced how it had entered the channel. That experience changed how he evaluates every supply chain he touches. The product had not been taken by defeating anyone’s security. It had moved through a series of handoffs where nobody had been positioned to verify anything, and each party downstream had reasonably assumed someone upstream already had.

He founded Bridgewater to bring that operator-level understanding to companies carrying the same exposure. The firm provides cargo theft security consulting, supply chain risk assessment, and loss response support to manufacturers, importers, and distributors across North America.

Heesham is also the founder of FleetGen.ai, a carrier verification and load monitoring platform for freight brokers, built out of San Francisco. The consulting practice and the technology work reinforce each other. What surfaces in an audit informs the product, and what the product detects across thousands of shipments informs the audits.

Bridgewater works alongside local and federal law enforcement across the country, and maintains a network of hundreds of wholesalers, distributors, and buyers nationwide. That network is what makes recovery work practical rather than theoretical, because it is how stolen product is identified once it reaches a market.

The Practice

What Bridgewater is

A private consultancy focused on one problem. We refine each part of the supply chain process and close the leaks wherever they are, from the vendors used to source materials, to the brokers used to ship it, to the third-party logistics providers storing it, to the drivers making delivery, and to the people inside the company with the authority to make product disappear on paper.

We are engaged directly by ownership, operations leadership, and general counsel. Reporting is confidential to whoever retains us, which matters in engagements where the findings point inward.

Credentials and access

  • Operator background in wholesale distribution and importing rather than a security services background

  • Technology development experience in freight fraud and carrier verification through FleetGen.ai
  • Independent of hardware, telematics, and monitoring vendors, with no referral relationships influencing recommendations

Every engagement is led directly by Heesham. There is no account team and no handoff to a junior consultant after the sale.
